Scarecrow was in 1985 het doorbraak album van John Mellencamp, met hits als Small Town en R.O.C.K. In The U.S.A. Deze Super Deluxe uitgave van het album bevat 2 CD's met daarop een nieuwe mix van het album op CD1 en zeldzame en niet eerder uitgebrachte nummers op CD2. Verder bevat de box een BluRay met een Atmos en hi-res stereo mix van het album, een half speed mastered LP, een 7” single van Small Town plus een 40-pagina tellend booklet met een nieuw essay en een interview met John Mellencamp, lithos en een poster.
