Vier jaar na het eerste deel, verschijnt eindelijk weer een collectie liedjes uit de archieven van twee van de door de vier Bihari broers gerunde labels Kent en Modern. Lester, Jules, Saul en Joe zaten in Los Angeles, maar hun artiesten kwamen uit heel de VS. Deze collectie biedt, net als de vorige, een mooie dwarsdoorsnede van waar de Bihari's van hielden: soul, blues, jazz ballads en funk. Veel van de artiesten, waaronder ZZ Hill, Venetta Fields en Johnny Copeland, waren ook al present op deel 1, maar ook op deze compilatie valt weer meer dan genoeg moois te ontdekken.
